Executive Choppers is the exclusive manufacturer of the original Harman Internally Sprung Girder. The sprung girder originated in the 70's with John Harman's idea and Bill Holland's handy work. The front ends and custom choppers they built were featured in magazines throughout the 70's and 80's like Street Chopper and Custom Bike.

In 2003, Bill Holland and Bob Mitchell formed a parthnership to resurrect the original sprung girder in a modern way. In 2005, Executive Choppers finished their first prototype chopper with the Harman Internally Sprung Girder.
